Two phenomenal meals at the Wine Cask in Santa Barbara last night. Braised short ribs with whipped yams and a melt-in-your-mouth sauce whose descriptive 
name included “marshmallowy” but definitely didn’t really have any whipped corn syrup in it. And a cassoulet in three parts. Coupled with a Happy Canyon Vineyard 2008 Piocho. Lovely. Thanks for the recommendation, Mike.
