Things to be happy about, in no particular order:

• Screensavers from NSF
• Games with a “spatial” component, like Boomshine and Cubescape
• Graphics showing the meaning of life (thanks, Toby)
• Cartoons from Indexed, xkcd, and the Perry Bible Fellowship (nb: some adult content)
• Stories that keep your own actions in perspective (such as forgetting your kid at the airport)
